What I offer:

  • Consultation: Once booked I will send you an email with 5 movement patterns I need performed in video, then I will also send you instructions on how to send in a slow-mo front facing video of your mechanics. Once performed, I will go over the videos and see where your weaknesses are. On a Zoom call, I will break down the movement patterns and your mechanics in order to put together a plan for you moving forward.

  • Pitching Lesson: A typical lesson consists of an active warmup with arm care to start, and movement drills so the athlete feels the movement pattern changes we want to make. Then we’ll throw and make athletic moves so that the body is forced to move quickly and suddenly gather, collect itself and throw. Gaining propioception in athletes of all ages is extremely important to not only get into advanced positions but also in order rotate as efficiently as possible.

  • Hitting Lesson: A typical hitting lesson consists of tee work, hitting drills on the tee to promote proper movement patterns. Followed by drills done with front toss. Moving to filmed front toss and video breakdown, followed by live BP.

  • Remote Training: Includes bimonthly consultations, week video calls going over progress, a training program and schedule through truecoach, and 24/7 access to me.

  • Group Training: Groups of 2-4 training that includes rotational explosiveness, athletic throwing, and pitch ability.
